Event Overview:
Join us for Green Jobs & Climate Action Futures: Women Leading the Way, an interactive event at COP29 focused on amplifying the role of women in the green economy and emphasizing their pivotal role in driving forward climate action and sustainability. This event brings together policy makers, women, entrepreneurs, and local changemakers and activists to exchange, collaborate, and consider how women’s knowledge and perspectives especially from the Global Majority, can be better tapped in the fight against climate change, and how their engagement in green careers worldwide can be enhanced. This live conversation is brought to you by UNDP, powered by its Accelerator Labs Network, UNDP’s open, globally distributed R&D capability for the Sustainable Development Goals.
