When you sign up for an account on the Women’s Empowerment Online Platform, we collect your username, profile photo, email address, and any other information you provide during account setup. This information is used exclusively to operate and improve the Platform and to share invitations to gender-related events of the CAREC Program, where deemed appropriate. We do not share your personal data with third-party entities for marketing or other purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data only as long as it is necessary for the purposes outlined above. You have the right to request that your personal data be deleted from our records at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data, please:

1. Email us at info@carecprogram.org with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

2. Include your username and the email address associated with your account.

3. Our team will verify your request and confirm deletion within 14 days.

Once your data has been deleted, your account will be permanently removed, and you will no longer have access to the Platform.
